The StaticHeatMap Properties form allows the user to specify the necessary files for computing HeatFlows to Nodes or Groups added to the StaticHeatmap. The output is a Worksheet for each Node or Group in the resulting workbook that includes the heatflow, conductance to, and temperature of all adjoining Nodes or Groups.

TARPTM StaticHeatMap Output

  • Static HeatMaps are useful for very large models for TARP users where the DataSets are incapable of handling the size of the model
  • As with the HeatMap workbooks, the input and output files are specified with T, Q, and G outputs
  • For TARP Pro users, Binary HeatMaps provide greater capability
  • StaticHeatMaps provide the heat flows to connections as a separate output Worksheet for the specified Node or Group
  • Three blocks of output are included to identify Heat Flow, Adjoining Temperature, and Conductance
